Realistic sizing

Roof mounting
Mounts with compatible adhesive or mechanical fixings per roof load and aerodynamics. We seal every penetration to avoid doubling leaks with hatches. Cable drops in protected duct to interior hatch. MPPT or PWM controller
MPPT wins when panel and battery voltages differ; PWM can suit modest builds. With LiFePO4 the charge profile must respect the BMS. Panel cable is sized for string amps, not just neat length. Fuse near battery is mandatory. We teach basic monitor reading so you do not cook the alternator.
Maintenance
