Custom fabrication
Kitchen, cabinets, bed, and wet modules in marine or phenolic ply cut in workshop. Alexis designs modules that enter through the side door if needed. Crash anchoring
Fixings to structure, spreader plates, sometimes hidden floor reinforcement. An 80 kg cabinet poorly fixed is a projectile under braking. Technical review pending per install. Homologated belts must not be blocked by bad placement. ITV may inspect anchoring on seat reforms—we align with homologación.
Ergonomics and service
Drawers with transit latches, quality hinges, accessible gas or battery bays. Counter height to user. Service hatch behind inverter or pump without stripping the unit. You test one-handed opening as if parked on a slope.
Coordinated finish
Fronts aligned with panelling, handles that do not catch bedding. Colour matched or contrasted. Furniture goes last but builds in parallel while panelling runs. Belcampers delivers a livable van, not boxes in the car park for DIY assembly.
